ZONATLETICALast updated: August 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ZonAtletica, LLC ("Zonatletica," "we," "us"). By using our website, purchasing products, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an online account, purchase a membership, or buy products. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Memberships & billing
We offer recurring memberships (currently Basic at $45/month and Fit for Me! at $118/month) and a one-time Day Pass ($13). Recurring memberships bill automatically each month to your payment method on file until you cancel. By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices, plans, and benefits may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes to recurring pricing.
Applications & key fobs
Membership is an application-and-approval process. After you sign up, sign the required paperwork, and pay, your membership remains pending approval until we review it and you complete orientation. Keyed facility access via key fob is issued in person only after approval. Key fobs remain our property, are non-transferable, and must not be shared; lost or damaged fobs may be subject to a replacement fee. We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms or gym rules.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations, refunds, and the current billing period are handled.
Conduct & gym rules
You agree to follow posted gym rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines, to use equipment appropriately, and to treat staff and other members with respect. We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate access for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
Liability waiver
Physical activity carries inherent risk. Participation requires agreement to our Liability Waiver, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Products & shipping
Merchandise sold on our site ships to the address you provide. Prices are in U.S. dollars and shipping is calculated at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual property
The Zonatletica name, logo, site content, and designs are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our written consent.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonatletica and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or facilities.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
