Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, including: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address; membership application details and plan selection; orientation booking preferences; the fact that you signed our liability waiver and membership agreement; and messages you send us. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as basic device/browser data and a shopping-cart identifier stored in your browser to keep your cart working.
How we use your information
We use your information to: process membership applications, subscriptions, and product orders; ship merchandise; schedule orientations and issue key fobs after approval; communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests; operate, secure, and improve our website; and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and handled under Stripe's PCI-compliant systems. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card and billing information) but never your full card number.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our website and data-hosting providers, and, where applicable, shipping and fulfillment partners — and only as needed to provide the service.
