ZONATLETICALast updated: August 2026. This policy explains refunds, returns, cancellations, and shipping for purchases from ZonAtletica, LLC ("Zonatletica"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Memberships
Recurring memberships (Basic, Fit for Me!) bill monthly. You may cancel at any time, which stops all future billing. Because access is available for the full period you paid for, the current billing period is non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of that period. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Day Pass
The one-time Day Pass is non-refundable once purchased. If you're unable to use a pass you bought, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate a reschedule.
Merchandise — returns & exchanges
We want you in gear you love. You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or we made an error, in which case we cover shipping and replace or refund the item in full. Exchanges can be handled in person at the gym or by mail.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
Shipping
Orders ship within the United States. A flat shipping fee is applied at checkout and orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. You'll receive confirmation when your order is placed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
